TIMING:

The “Win a Hot Air Balloon Experience for Two” Sweepstakes Entry Period begins on 07/31/26 12:00 AM CST (the “Sweepstakes Start Date”) and ends on 09/12/2026 at 4:00 PM CST (the “Sweepstakes End Date”).

ELIGIBILITY:

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States including the commonwealths, territories, and possessions who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, each participant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by the terms and conditions stated in these Official Rules, which shall be final and binding in all respects, agrees to be bound by the decisions of the Administrator, and warrants that they are eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.

Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Wood & Huston Bank and their immediate families (parents, siblings, and spouse) and members of their household (whether or not related), who are involved in any aspect with the creation, production, operation, execution, and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes are not eligible to enter.

Employees of Marshall Chamber of Commerce, Participating Vendors and Sponsors of the 1^st Annual Marshall Hot Air Balloon Festival, and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, and spouse) and members of their household (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter.

By entering the Sweepstakes, the entrant agrees to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules. Wood & Huston Bank (the “Promotion Entity”) is not responsible for late, incomplete, void, corrupted, misdirected, or otherwise erroneous entries, or for any problems, malfunctions or technical difficulties that arise in the entry process. Any incomplete or incorrect entries will be void. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Wood & Huston Bank (the “Promotion Entity Sponsor”). Once submitted, all entries shall be the property of the Sponsor. All entries submitted in compliance with these Official Rules and not disqualified by Sponsor are considered “eligible entries.”

SELECTION:

All entries must be received by the entry deadline of Saturday, September 12, 2026, at 4:00 PM CST to be eligible.  On or about September 12, 2026, at 7 pm CST (the “Drawing Date”), Administrator will select the potential Sweepstakes winner (“Potential Winner”) in accordance with these official rules. The Potential Winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received by the Administrator during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. The Potential Winner will be notified by telephone and/or email on or about the Drawing Date, using the email address or telephone number provided with the selected entry, and will be conditionally awarded the Sweepstakes Prize (hereinafter defined) subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms and conditions of these Official Rules. If a Potential Winner does not respond within 24 hours after the first notification attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such Potential Winner, such Potential Winner may be disqualified and an alternate Potential Winner may be selected. The notification will include instructions for how tot contact the Administrator to provide name, address, and other information that may be required to complete the validation of eligibility and delivery of prize. No liability is assumed for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted, or not received by a Potential Winner for any reason.

DISQUALIFICATION:

It is the contestants’ responsibility to ensure compliance in all respects with the official rules. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the prize claim possesses or the operation of the Sweepstakes; acts in violation of these official rules with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the sweepstakes, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. The Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

VERIFICATION OF POTENTIAL WINNER:

EACH POTENTIAL WINNER IS SUBJECT TO VERICIATION BY ADMINISTRATOR. ADMINISTRATOR’S DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE ADMINISTRATION, OPERATION, SELECTION OF THE POTENTIAL WINNER AND OTHER MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILTY AND COMPLIANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES HAVE BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. Potential Winner may be required to complete and return a Declaration of Eligibility, Release of Liability and /or Publicity Release in the form(s) provided by Administrator (where permitted by law) (collectively the “Declaration”) by the date specified by Administrator, or such Potential Winner will be disqualified, and an alternate Potential Winner may be selected. In the event: (a) Potential Winner cannot be reached within 24 hours of initial notification from Administrator, or for any reason after a reasonable effort has been exerted, or the Potential Winner notification or Declaration is returned an unclaimed or undeliverable; (b) Potential Winner declines or cannot accept, receive or use the prize for any reason; (c) of noncompliance with the above or within any of the aforesaid time periods, (d) Potential Winner is found to be ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or receive the prize, (e) Potential Winner cannot or does not comply with these official Rules, the Potential Winner shall be disqualified from the Sweepstakes and an alternate Potential Winner may be randomly selected, at Administrator’s sole discretion, from among the other eligible entries received. Administrator reserves the right to modify the notification and Declaration of Eligibility procedures in connection with the Sweepstakes Winner (as defined below) when all of the conditions are fulfilled to the satisfaction of Administrator and Sponsor.

At no time while participating in the Sweepstakes should any contestant: (a) be under the influence of drugs or excess alcohol; (b) promote drinking and driving or the excessive or irresponsible consumption of alcohol; (c) promote the illegal use of alcohol, drugs, or violating any law; (d) communicate messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or goodwill to which Sponsor wishes to associate; (e) be sexually explicit or suggestive, violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group, or exploit people in a sexual or violent manner; (f) be obscene or offensive, endorse any form of hate or hate group; or (g) be deemed inappropriate by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.  At any time during the Sweepstakes, Sponsor’s representatives reserve the right to disqualify any participant, in his/her sole discretion, if he/she believes the participant is deemed inappropriate.

PRIZES:

Sweepstakes Prize. One (1) winner of the Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes Winner”) will win: a certificate for two to ride in a hot air balloon, powered by Balloon Stormer. Ride will be scheduled with Ballon Stormer directly to occur on an available date of the winners choosing. Approximate Retail Value is $1,100.

CONDITIONS AND RELEASES:

By entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify the Promotion Entity their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, contractors, directors, officers, governors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), with respect to or arising out of any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of the Sweepstakes, or the entrant’s participation in the hot air balloon ride experience, possession, use or misuse of a prize awarded in the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, any claims for damage to property, personal injury, death or claims based on defamation, rights of privacy, rights of publicity or merchandise delivery. Entrants participate in the Hot Air Balloon ride Sweepstakes at their own risk.

The Promotion Entity shall not be liable to the winner (or any person acting on behalf of the winner) for failure to supply a Prize, or any part thereof, for any reason out of the Promotion Entity’ reasonable control, including, without limitation, any acts of God, any action,  regulation, order or request by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action, regulation, order or request proves to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, game cancellation, insurrection or riot.

The Promotion Entity shall not be liable to any entrant for damages arising out of (I) any printing or typographical errors in the Official Rules or any other materials associated with the Promotion or (ii) any errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, the processing of entries. The Promotion Entity are not responsible for and shall not be liable for any condition caused by events beyond their control that may cause the Promotion to be disrupted.

PUBLICITY:

Except when prohibited by law, by entering the drawing and participating, the entrant(s) grants Sponsor the right to publicize the entrant(s) name, photograph, image, likeness, voice, statements, and biographical information in all manner and media, worldwide, in perpetuity, for advertising, trade, and promotion purposes without compensation and without opportunity for review.

GENERAL:

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to amend, change, cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes or any portion of the Sweepstakes at any time for any reason and to randomly award a Prize from among eligible entries received at the time of such action, should malicious or other causes beyond the Sponsor’s control corrupt the administration or proper execution of the Promotion (as determined in the Sponsor’s sole discretion).

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant found or suspected to be: (i) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or (ii) acting in violation of these Official Rules. Any attempt by an entrant to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be in violation of criminal and civil laws, and the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The Sponsor reserves the right to amend or change the Official Rules at any time, in its sole discretion. By entering the Contest after the amendment of the Official Rules, the entrant consents to be bound by the amendments.
