To improve browser compatibility, Digital Insight’s Internet Banking product scans your browser and browser settings to identify settings that hinder an Internet Banking session. It then provides instructions to correct problem settings.
To determine what browser and version you are using follow these simple instructions:
- Open your browser.
- At the top, click on HELP.
- Select ABOUT (Name of Browser).
- Help will display the version of the browser you are using. Click on OK to exit.
